FFC offers épée fencing classes and private lessons for children and adults of all skill levels. Our programs develop footwork, sword technique, tactics, strategy, and the analytical skills needed to become a confident, skilled fencer.
Classes are engaging and game-oriented, giving students a fun, effective way to learn and improve their fencing skills.
Youth
Youth Beginner (Ages 7-10)
The best choice for new fencers with no prior experience.
Schedule:
Liberty Station: Wed & Fri, 4:00–5:00 PM
East Lake: Tue & Thu 5:00–6:00 PM
Pricing:
Rates start at $150/month
$45 drop-in
Equipment provided during the first month.
Youth Advanced (Ages 7-12)
For students ready to build on their fencing experience.
Requirements:
3–6 months in Beginner (or equivalent) plus coach assessment
Full fencing equipment
Participation in at least 1 local or regional tournament
Schedule: (all sessions at Liberty Station)
Mon 4:30–6:00 PM
Fri 5:00–6:30 PM
Sat Open Sparring 1:30–3:30 PM

We recommend attending two classes each week and adding private lessons as students continue to develop.
Youth Competitive (Ages 7-12, Y10/Y12)
Designed for athletes committed to competitive fencing.

For athletes pursuing competitive goals, we recommend attending both weekly classes, Saturday open sparring, and two private lessons each week.

After-school programs
Learn Olympic fencing right after school. Our on-campus programs gives students expert instruction, skill-building, and fun—no travel required.
Tournament coaching
With your coach onsite, receive real-time feedback, bout strategy, and support between matches to help you fence your best. (FFC affiliation required.)
$30 per event (local)
$60 per event + travel expenses (regional/national)
Birthday parties
Celebrate you or your child's special day with an unforgettable fencing birthday party. We bring the excitement to you, whether it's at your home, a park, or another special location. Parties include 90 minutes of group instruction and fencing fun, followed by 30 minutes of free time for socializing. (All equipment provided.)
